He is survived by: his wife Shirley Williams Boulineau of Swainsboro, GA.; his children, Keith Boulineau of Monterey, CA, Michael Kelly Boulineau Sr. of Swainsboro, GA. and Wendy Boulineau (Robert) of Swainsboro, GA.; his siblings, Betty Jean Hatcher of New Port Richey, FL. and Billy H. Boulineau of Swainsboro, GA.; and his grandchildren, Michael Kelly Boulineau Jr. (Jessica), Lindsay Reed (Justin), Brittany Boulineau Twyman (Blake), Roy Christopher Jones (Abby) and Chase Boulineau. He is also survived by Five Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
