He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVon Arthur Tuttle and Mary Riner Justice; his son Colby Tuttle; and his sister Kellie Tuttle. He is survived by: his son Sean Tuttle (Sam); his granddaughter Riley Meadows; and his brothers, Paul Tuttle of Swainsboro and Brian Tuttle of Honduras. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
