He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucious G. Horne and Alice Reynolds Dale; and his brothers, Jesse Davis and Julian Horne. He is survived by: his children, Newton Meadows (Amanda) of Soperton, Ennis Meadows (Lorrie) of Swainsboro and Jonni Goddard of Smithfield, RI; and his siblings, Jeff Horne of Swainsboro, Augustus Horne (Patricia) of Statesboro, Joyce Bosche of Houston, TX and Joan Poythress of Midville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 greatgrandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
