He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Foots; his children, Vivian Jackson of Aberdeen, MD, Jennifer Berkley (Darrin) of Abingdon, MD, Henry Foots (Angela), Ronald Foots (Sheila) and Jonathan Foots of Swainsboro, GA; his siblings, Catherine Edwards of Swainsboro, GA, Edward Foots of Miami, FL, Earl Foots of Swainsboro, GA and Grady Foots of Atlanta, GA.; and his siblings-in-law, Ardrich Marion (Roma), James Marion (Ruby), Lessie Bell Marion and Nancy Way Marion. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
