It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gracie Walker (Swainsboro, Georgia), born in Statesboro, Georgia, who passed away on October 7, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mose Coney, Sr. and Shellie Mercer Coney; and her daughter Gloria Coney. She is survived by: her niece Melrose Coney of Swainsboro; her sister Ada James of Swainsboro; and her friend George Anthony of Swainsboro. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and many friends.
