He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Hall and Margaret Edwards Hall; and his sister Kathy Hall. He is survived by: his daughters, Holly J. Hall of Los Angeles, CA and Heidi A. Hall of Swainsboro; and his sister Patricia Hall Willis of Swainsboro. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
