He was predeceased by: his parents, Manning Walker and Mary Peebles Walker; his wife Jerri Canady Walker; his daughters, Karen Walker and Cynthia Ford; his siblings, Patricia Kemp and Donnie Walker; and his pet Mollie.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie Powell of Reidsville, GA, Teresa Newsome (Ronnie) of Blundale, Tammy Donaldson (Lew) and Mike Walker (Kelly) of Martinez, GA.; his siblings, Sue Moss of Macon, GA. and Jimmie Walker; and his grandchildren, Carla Wilson Foots, Crystal Wilson, Magen McLendon (Cage), Kristen Powell, Joey Newsome (Heather), Mandy Kettles (Lincoln), Erica Smith, Eric Warren (Valerie), Zach Walker, Shane Walker and Kristen Walker. He is also survived by 14 Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
