He is survived by: his wife Teresa Moore Black of Suwanee, GA; his children, James "Jay" Thomas Black, III of Suwanee, GA, Cody Black (Janet) of Suwanee, GA and Ellen Black of Suwanee, GA; his sisters, Cathy Eubanks (John), Connie Lynch (Michael) and Cindy Burton; and his pet Cherokee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
