It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Lee Proffitt of Sugar Hill, Georgia, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Proffitt and Opal Proffitt; and his brothers, Larry, Ralph and Denver.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Proffitt (Baker) of Sugar Hill; his sons, Ryan, Travis Proffitt (Chelsea) of Atlanta and Ricky Polston of Atlanta; his siblings, James (Barbara), David Ancil, Junior Proffitt, Brenda Henderson, Leisha Cifferi and Lucy Proffitt; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff, Jack Baker, Rhonda Parero and Sarah Baker.
