He is survived by: his mother Patsy Ruth Martin of Cumming, GA; his children, Daniel Martin (Hannah) of Bethlehem, GA and Jessica Bush (Cody) of Buford, GA; his significant other Tracy Butts; his children, Shelby and Cody Butts; his grandchildren, Avery Martin and Oakleigh Butts; and his siblings, Cheryl Patterson (Rick) of Snellville, GA, Lori Barefoot of Atlanta, GA, Chuck Martin (Pat) of Marietta, GA, Steve Martin of Norcross, GA and Mike Martin (Ashley) of Roswell, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
