He is survived by: his wife Amita Desai of Sugar Hill, GA; his sons, Biren Desai (Anisha) of Sugar Hill, GA and Jai Desai (Kinnari) of Pleasanton, CA; and his sisters, Nisha Naik, Raksha Vani and Daksha Desai. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
