He is survived by: his children, Irvin Betts (Vickie) of Riverdale, GA, Geneva Hylton (Errol) of Stone Mountain, GA and Jeanette Jennings of Dry Fork, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
