He is survived by: his wife Ruby Murphy; his children, Angela McIntyre (Michael McIntyre) and Robert Murphy Jr. (Lauren Murphy); his grandchildren, Brandon Atkinson and DeAnna Gore; his great grandchildren, Emily McIntyre and Maverick Atkinson; and his sister Linda Slade (Bill Slade). He is also survived by other relatives and family friends.
