She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Hammonds. She is survived by: her children, Hunter Clark and Riley Wilson; her mother Norma Hammonds; and her siblings, Dion Hammonds Corn, Greg Hammonds (Heather) and David Hammonds (Dana).
