He is survived by: his wife Donna White (Nichols); his mother Mildred "Mickie" White (Hunt); his children, Courtney Lavigne and Michael Lavigne; his brothers, Ed White (Pam), Mark White and Stacy White (Dixie); his grandchildren, Hannah Johnson, Madison Lavigne and Willow Ann Snow; and his great grandchild Michael Scott Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
