It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Gasaway of Stockbridge, Georgia, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her child Dusty Renee Walraven; her parents, Alvin Thomas Gilley and Helen Pauline Smith Gilley; and her siblings, Johnny Brock, Frank Brock, Carol Carter, Leslie Gilley, Brenda Gulledge and Jerry Gilley.
She is survived by: her son Christopher Stephen Lee Gasaway (Destiny Vining) of Stockbridge; her sisters, Clara Wilson (Tommy) of Colbert and Betty Smith (Steve) of McDonough; her granddaughter Rebekah Grace Gasaway Scott; her great grandchild Elijah Ray Gasaway; her siblings-in-law, Ernie Gulledge of Adairsville and Debbie Gilley (Connie Brock) of Griffin; her niece Deborah (Kerry); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brett, Christian and Callison. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
