He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Angie Norris, Britt Thompson (Daryl), Blake Bradley (Austin) and Kelly Kallis (Doug); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Thompson, Ryker Thompson, Penelopy Thompson and Charlie Bradley; his sister Marie Cooper; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Ernst (Mark), Vicki Martone (Steve), Chet Cooper (Annette), Jodie Howard (Jeff) and Chris Cooper; and his cousins, Johnny O'Neal and Joel Faulkner.
