He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Dupree and Nelly Ruth Keys; his children, Jack Dupree, Jr. (Debbie), Michelle Stephenson (Danny), Misty Dupree, Darrell Dupree and Alisha Middleton (Chad); his grandchildren, Dakota Underwood, Ryan Beard, Kayla Chambers (Will), Austin Stephenson (Haley), Matthew Dupree (Sierria), Olivia Dupree and Bryan Bays; his great grandchildren, Bennett Chambers, Millie Chambers and Aspyn Lee Dupree; and his brother Larry Dupree (Marti). He was also cherished by other relatives and family friends.
