It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriett e Lavonne Stephens (Stockbridge, Georgia), born in Staunton, Virginia, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles John Stephens, Sr.; and her parents, Frederick Harshbarger Collier and Irene Hazel Thompson Collier. She is survived by: her children, Albert, Ovidio, Roxana, Charles Jr. and Kimberly. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
