She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Garrard and Frances Blankenship Garrard; and her brothers, Forest Garrard and Dwight Garrard. She is survived by: her husband Phil Landis Allen; her son Phillip Keith Allen (Faith); her granddaughters, Ashley Nicole Hutcherson (Thomas) and Tara Michele Brake; her great grandchildren, Lillian, Ava and Eli; and her siblings, Judy Conquest (Butch), Phyllus Rigsby (Charles) and Alesia Freeman (Tony). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and family friends.
