He was predeceased by: his father John Robert; and his brother Derrick. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Collins Wilkerson; his children, Jarvis, Andrea, Cameron, Christina, Andre Jr. and Jada Wilkerson; his grandchildren, Shakier Creamer, Quantae Mitchell, Maurice Anderson, Camille Wilkerson, Jeremiah Wilkerson and Jamal Anderson; his siblings, Ricky Wilkerson, Serpico Montford, Orlando Montford, Cheryl Brittian (Dyvine), Shelia Colvard, Verscie Gay (Alvin) and Angela Montford; his parents-in-law, Melvin and Leona Collins; his brother-in-law Melvin Collins (May); his aunts, Gloria Matthews Stegall and Martha Jo Campbell; and his uncle Robert Matthews. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
