With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Clark Williams of Statesboro, Georgia, who passed away on October 4, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Clark and Lella Mae Smith Clark; her children, Henry Waters, Vera Mae Waters and Jack R. Waters; and her husbands, Harold Thompson and Carl Williams.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicolette Cone of Tampa, FL, Jack Raleigh Waters, II of Brooklet and Amanda Leigh Penn (Doug) of Huntington; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Cone, Randi Cone, Alyssa L. Waters, Calvin Penn and Harold Penn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
