She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Trapnell and Daisy Davis Trapnell; her former spouse Alf Smith; her husband Rex Brannen; and her siblings, Ouida Hodnett, Lamar Trapnell and Gene Trapnell.
She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Hutchens (Lee); her grandchildren, Michelle Brack Cannon of Portal and Brad Hutchens of Columbus; her great grandchildren, Blake (Cara) of Columbus, Dawson, Dylan and Trace (Pete Swisher) of Portal; and her stepdaughters, Caroline Brooks and Jane Kennedy of Bulloch County. She is also survived by one daughter and many grandchildren great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
