He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen Lane and Bernisteen Davis Lane; his sons, Michael Allen Lane and Nicholas Allen Lane; and his sister Wanda Lane Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Allmond Lane; his daughter Crystal Lane of Portal, GA; his brother Ronnie; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Lane of Statesboro, Billy Allmond of Waynesville, NC, Diane Allmond of Portal, GA, Bonnie Allmond of Portal, GA and Joyce Reese of Faulkville, GA; his uncle Ben; his aunt Betty J. Davis Wilkinson of Richmond Hill, GA; and his pets, GiGi and Nayla. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
