He was predeceased by: his parents, Winton S. NeSmith and Evelyn K. NeSmith. He is survived by: his wife Mary T. NeSmith; his children, Bobby NeSmith, Dawn Rush (Walter), Tammy Gay (Randy) and Suzan Ringer; and his siblings, Steve NeSmith (Donna Gail) and Patsy Herring. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
