He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Allen Rahn, Sr. and Margaret Page Rahn. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ozbolt Rahn; his daughter Jodi Rahn Collins of Charleston, SC; his granddaughter Jordan Lynn Collins (Taylor Proctor) of Statesboro; and his siblings, Joe Allen Rahn, Jr. (Jane) of Rocky Ford, Dr. James Troy Rahn (Gloria) of Glennville, Julia Rahn Edenfield (Allen) of Buford, Barbara Ozbolt Frawley (Webster), Sharon Ozbolt Burns, Paula Ozbolt Palmer (Brian) and Pam Ozbolt Lowery (Levy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
