She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Smith and Maggie Smith; her husband Quinton Hand; her son Wayne Hand; and her siblings, Dorothy Wilson, Waldo, Willie and Calvin Smith.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Justin Haddock (Rose) of Brooklet, GA, Ross Bryan (Chariz) of Statesboro, GA, Anna Price (Phillip) of Oreana, ID and Sam Hand (Preslie) of Statesboro, GA; her great grandchildren, Sarah, Lilly Haddock of Brooklet, GA, Georgia, Emmaline Smith of Oreana, ID, Wayne, Charlie and Cali Bryan of Statesboro, GA.; her niece Pam Zamani of Watsonville, CA; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chris, Sarah and Kevin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
