It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile Hagans Boulineau of Statesboro, Georgia, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Avis Hagans and Cecil Hagans. She is survived by: her husband Edward C. Boulineau; her daughter Lori Whitson (Greg); her granddaughters, Madison and Ansley Whitson of Bluffton, SC.; her sister Judy Williams (Gerald); and her siblings-in-law, Myra Brantley (Jerry) and George Boulineau (Marta). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
