She was predeceased by: her parents, Elloway Forbes and Effielyn Waters Forbes; and her siblings, Teresa A. Forbes and Lynn F. Nevil. She is survived by: her sisters, Cheryl Forbes Strickland (Harry), Pam Forbes Kearns (Rusty) and Elizabeth Forbes Anderson (Leslie); her granddaughter Anna Lewis (Jason); her great grandchildren, Dalton Lewis, Brody Lewis and Dane Lewis; her caregiver Lisa Crowe (Barry); and her pet Missy. She is also survived by Aunt Bebe to her many nieces and nephews.
