He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Dan Waters of Statesboro and Patricia Lorene Duncan of Fort Worth; and his half-siblings, Ricky Lee Waters of Statesboro and Sherrie Dallen Clinton of Louisburg, Kansas.. He is survived by: his wife Edith Waters of Statesboro; his daughter Donna Elliott (Bryan) of Statesboro; his brother Skipper Waters (Marie) of Statesboro; his half-sisters, Gale Thompson (Denny) of Statesboro, Melinda Smith (Dennis) of Statesboro, Vicky Boulware of Fort Worth and Sandie Matheny of Blue Mound, Kansas.; and his uncle Glen Waters. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
