He was predeceased by: his parents, O. C. Oglesby and Emma Lou Mincey Oglesby. He is survived by: his wife Linda Miller Oglesby; his children, Artis Maurice Oglesby of Metter, GA, Monica C. Oglesby and Alana M. Oglesby; and his siblings, Jimmy Oglesby, Katie Smith, Carolyn O. Prescott, Jennie Blair (Elder James) and Sadie Harrison. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
