He was predeceased by: his father Roy Bell; his wife Joyce Bell; and his siblings, Chuckie Bell and Rosie Fetty (Frank). He is survived by: his sons, Ricky A. Bell (Kimberly), Jeffrey A. Bell (Norma) and Darrell A. Bell (Georgia); his siblings, Johnny Borsos, Carol Popp (Joseph) and Patty Moorehead (Chuck); and his grandchildren, Christopher Bell, Branden Bell, Kisha Bell, Joshua Bell, Tiffany Kinard, Linda Wagstaff, Allison Rowe and Bryce Beasley. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
