He is survived by: his wife Becky Spivey; his daughters, April Spivey Smith (Nick), Rachel Allyn Spivey (Taylor Michael Halpin) and Sarah Jordan Spivey; his stepchildren, Josh Dickerson, Christine Jordan (William) and Zachary Dickerson; his grandchildren, Dallas Lee McBrayer, Memphis Autumn Danielle McBrayer, Emily Catherine McBrayer, Pierce Jordan, Mayleigh Jordan and Ally Dickerson; his great grandchild Zayden Oliver; his mother Mabel Z. Spivey; and his siblings, Bobby J. Spivey, Jr. (Kathleen), Donald Spivey and Pamela Cartee (Caleb). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
