It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Scruggs (Springfield, Georgia), who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ed Morell, Sr. and Lela Morell; her spouse Willie Lee Scruggs, Sr.; her children, Nathaniel Goldwire (Shawn), Charlotte Goldwire, Willie Scruggs (Angela) and Wanda Scruggs Stewart; her siblings, Lela Mae Kennedy, Ella Wallace, Mamie Morell, Marion Morell, Jessie Mae Morell, Eddie Morell, Jr. (Easter) and Henry Morell; and her grandsons, Travis Goldwire, Gavin Black and Alexander Stewart. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
