She is survived by: her daughter Amy Hyde (Jamie); her close friend James Whitaker, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jasmine Hyde and Jayland Hyde; her stepson James "Jake" Whitaker, III; her siblings, Debra Winn and Kenny Burkhalter; her nephews, Travis Burkhalter, Karo Winn and Jacob Burkhalter; her niece Melissa Mitchell; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Bishop and Linda Caldwell.
