He was predeceased by: his father Thomas R. Rowe, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Schoonover Rowe of Sharpsburg; his children, Mark (Daryl) of Sharpsburg and Lynn Rowe (Georgia) of Newnan; his grandchildren, Austin Thomas Rowe of New York City, Nathan Jon Rowe of Atlanta, Kallie Ricker (Ryan) of Birmingham, Alabama, Courtney Shepler (Nick) of Newnan, Drew Knutson and Pendleton; his great grandchildren, Kane and Knox Shepler; his grandchildren, Rylee and Kynlee Ricker; his brother Francis H Rowe (Nancy) of Newnan; and his brother-in-law Donald A. Schoonover (Diana). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
