He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Tolbert Parker and Ada Westmoreland Parker; his former wife Ruth Parker; his wife Delores Parker; and his brothers, Harold Mack Parker and Bobby Joe Parker.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Sheila Parker) and Larry Parker of Cataula; his stepsons, Eric Barnett of Newnan and Robert Barnett of Newnan; his grandson Kamren (Hanna Barnett); and his sister-in-law Evalean Parker.
