He is survived by: his wife Pamela Caldwell; his sons, Andrew Caldwell (Crystal) and Mark Caldwell (Dakota); his grandchildren, Jackson, Eva, Luke, Lillian, Charles, Mary Addison and Phillip; his father-in-law Albert Freeman (Velda); and his siblings, Virgil Caldwell (Sandra), Louise Thornton (Jerry), Sue Fink (Loyd), Alice Caldwell, Kay Dick (Sonny) and Kim Meadows (Ronnie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
