He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Harkins; his children, Dalene Kennedy (Craig), Roger Alan Harkins and Robert Harkins (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Jimmy Beam (Bianca), Patti Johnson (Michael), Brooke Harkins, Alden Harkins, Megan Harkins and Tyler Harkins; his brothers, James Harkins and Richard Harkins (Janet); his brother-in-law Bob Brown (Bev); his friend Wendell Tackett (Shari); and his cousin Betty Woods. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
