She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Neuharth and Edna Neuharth (Schnabel); her brother Robert (Duane); and her grandson Blake. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Duane Jantzen; her children, Darel Jantzen (Veronica) of Newnan, Debbie Gravance (Stanley) of Riverdale and Dalene Harrison (Timothy) of Sharpsburg, Georgia; her sister Carol Lutz of Eureka; her grandchildren, Brooke Arias (David), Kirby Moreno (Matthew), Colby Gravance, Toya Kemmmerer (Spencer), Tiffany Theofanopoulos (William) and Taylor Harrison; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Wyatt, Riley, Mayce, Tucker, Kayden, Callie and Stetson.
