He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Odom (Glen), Michael Garrett, Denise Wade (Mickey), Phillip Garrett (Karen) and Stephen Garrett (Wendy); and his sisters, Dorothy Jean Currie and Martha Ann Long. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
