He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Guwin and Elizabeth Adcock Guwin. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Cooper Guwin; his sister Sandra Rotterman; his sons, Warren Guwin, Douglas "Tinker" Guwin (Regina), Scott Guwin (Tiffany) and Andrew Freeman; and his grandchildren, Matthew Bradberry, Megan Sanford, Taylor Guwin, Cooper Jackson Guwin and Marissa Holinshed. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
