He was predeceased by: his son Bobby Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Fountain; and his children, Thomas Fountain, Charles T. Fountain, Jr., Charles Parrish and Betty Jane Fountain. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great- grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
