She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Rawlings, Sr. of Sandersville and Georgia; her children, Eleanor Cates (Nathaniel) of Atlanta and Dr. Penn Wickersham (Valerie Reynolds) of San Antonio; her siblings, Dr. William Rawlings, Jr. (Beth) of Sandersville, Dr. Jean Sumner (Joe) of Wrightsville, Dr. Joe Newsom Rawlings of Sandersville, Ben Rawlings (Cathy) of Damascus, MD and Tom Rawlings (Kay) of Atlanta; and her sisters-in-law, Laura Toburen and Kathy Grosshans (John). She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren.
