She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliff T. Tanner and Mattie Florence T. Tanner; her husbands, Ralph D. Woods and Henry Gunby; her sons, J. Ralph Woods and William Darryl Woods; her brother Harold Tanner; and her daughter-in-law Kay Burgamy Woods.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shayne Woods of Sandersville, Jonathan Woods (Katy) of Warthen, Kyle Woods (Heather) of Sandersville, Jeremy Woods (Mary) of Milledgeville and Erica W. Josey (Byron McNeely) of Riddleville; her daughter-in-law Pam C. Woods of Sandersville; and her great grandchildren, Karlee W. Grant (Dustin), Morgan Woods and Chad Josey.
