He is survived by: his mother Mary Gaus; his wife Mary; his son Josh; his siblings, Joe Gaus, John Gaus (Jennifer), Julie Welch (Dan) and Jeff Gaus (Katie); and his siblings-in-law, Joe Rutte (Jan), John Rutte (Franziska), Kathleen Schoenblum (Joel) and Ann Stanek (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
