He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Crisp and Melva Loretta Chambers Crisp; his brothers, Lynn Crisp, Earnest Crisp, David Crisp (Sue) and Jimmy Crisp (Pam); his brother-in-law Jackie Vineyard; and his father-in-law Richard Harkins.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Stokes Crisp; his daughter Tanessa Warner (Matthew); his siblings, Brandi Vineyard and Lewis Crisp (Kathy); his sisters-in-law, Carla Crisp, Pat Crisp and Darlene Stokes; and his mother-in-law Roma Harkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
