He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Renee' Pack (Wendell); his grandchildren, Jessika Pack and Lee Pack; his great grandchild Tristin Payne; and his siblings, James M. Clark, Jr. (Linda) and Hilda C. Smith (Spellman). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
