She was predeceased by: her husband John Robert Leming Sr.; her parents, Clyde Eugene Chastain and Effie Pettyjohn Chastain; her daughter Nancy Duggan; her grandchildren, Samantha Leming and John Robert Leming III; and her siblings, Sonny Chastain, Marie Bell, Doris Willmon, Brenda Jelley, Johnny Chastain and Virgina Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Radcliff (Mike), Linda Underwood, Betty Jane Franklin (Jimmy) and John Robert Leming Jr.; her siblings, Bobbie Thomas and Raymond Chastain; her grandchildren, Andrea, James, Kenny, Joyce, Jessica, Lindsey, Jeremiah, Christa, Brandon, Judson, Richard, Daniel, Shane, Tony, Vanessa and Wendy; and her caregiver Judy Roden. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
