He was predeceased by: his father Donald; his grandmother Grace Gordy; and his brother Christopher Chambers. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Bailey and Kathy Arnold (Alan); his niece Jennifer Chuma (Josh); and his great-nephews, Mikey and Ben Chuma. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
